Between 19 and 21 October 2012 was held in the district of Aveiro Ovar training of Coordinators of ex aequo network. The ex aequo network currently has 5 local groups in Portugal not having Madeira or the Azores, this group is to support young people aged 16 to 30 years of age these young people to integrate into society being LGBT. This training was for young people age 16 to 30 years old who want to open a Local Group and coordinators. Be coordinator of a local group and give voice to a society overcome prejudices and giving them support and also opening the eyes of today's world parents, teachers, psychologists, piyaz salatasi even the technicians Health that meets a young man who is part of the LGBT group . I was part of the training after I apply the LGBT Pride Association Azores which opened the opportunity for Azorean.
This training made me grow emotionally and have more ability to convey certain themes or even address before piyaz salatasi the society in general. This training aimed terms and ability to convey not only also welcome young people from various piyaz salatasi walks of life these days, we can not reject anyone or rather we all have a right to life, such as integration into society. And also being respected at work, at school even on the street and groups of friends with different piyaz salatasi sexualities. I want to emphasize that we all have to lifestyle piyaz salatasi choices. Some choose to study other choose to work, many choose to travel the world. We are a community with different sexualities, we are not mentally ill as many still think in today's society, but yes we are human beings piyaz salatasi like everyone else, have rights and duties as all human beings that make up our society. This training was addressed various issues of society and the prejudice that exists today, we talked about what is happening in less active society in our country, as well as discrimination in the family, in schools, in the workplace, among others. Today made me see after this training we have to be active in society and fight for our rights to go further. We have to fight fear and prejudice and say "I'm going away, I'm a be like everyone else" because fear is to stop in time. Everyone and all who are in the dark with fear, I have a request to do is seek help, so that they feel good about themselves and open the mind.
