I don't use too many measurements when I cook, just a lot of love. I have opened up this blog to my family and some friends, so there will be a lot of recipes to enjoy. '09 I moved to Ankara, Turkey pizza ranch buffet with my fiance. Officially I am now an ex-pat. I am currently butchering Turkish in my attempt to learn it, but have had more success with the food. I pounce at any chance to try a new dish, and have few boundaries when it comes to what I won't eat. Through my exeriences I am learning the intricacies of a cuisine that varies from Mediterranean to Anatolian. Growing up I never imagined this particular adventure but nonetheless pizza ranch buffet am excited for what is to come.
Oh, not only is this pretty, but it is amazinly tasty!  I have made it with skim yogurt and whole fat.  Let me just tell you, it tastes fine with skim yogurt, but decadent with whole milk 0r cream yogurt! This salad is served cool or cold and is considered a side dish or a meze. --Jules   Yoğurtlu pizza ranch buffet Pancar Salatası—Beet Yogurt Salad 3 to 4 large beets boiled and cooled 1 cup of yogurt 1/4 of water 2-4 cloves of mashed pizza ranch buffet garlic 1-3 teaspoons of dill salt to taste First shred the beets.  I used a food processor because pizza ranch buffet I did not want to stain my hands.  Then whisk the yogurt, mashed/pressed garlic, water and dill together.  Finally, fold everthing together and salt to taste, about a 1/2- 1 teaspoon.  Serve cool or cold as a side salad.  Yum!
Turkish food looks so different from American! I'll have to get brave and try this. I've been wanting to try beets in other ways, because so far they are not a top vegetable of mine! Thanks for sharing Jules! Reply Delete
