We are looking into great Chinese food across the St. Louis area Patch sites this week. Angela Wildermuth September 30, 2013 at 07:46 AM I find it interesting the places that are "most popular" seem to be where the college students go...not saying it doesn't mean they're really good and popular ..just that its interesting to me that these places are most popular with the people who are on the Internet most too and probably newer to the city and trying out all the restaurants for the first time (in order to give a review). So maybe not as popukar with St Louisans in general. For instance Webster Wok is a typical run of the mill Chinese restaurant to me ... Not that it's bad in any way- I grew up in Webster & I always liked it - I recommend it to anyone in the neighborhood... It's been run by a family for decades ...but I liked it cause it was the closest Chinese mgm breakfast buffet delivery to my house and its probably the closest for Webster u students too. This is true for joy luck in Brentwood which is also easily metro accessible for international students without a car. I imagine the ucity ones are like that as well.
