Hi to all the faithful het vechthuis utrecht of my blog ... Moreover, before I begin my story, I suggest you become a "member" of this blog and how you receive notifications when there are new articles! :) For membership is just down to the right of my blog ... (And of course it is free!) So why the title "back to better jump?"? ahem no I do not have gloomy thoughts ...
Simply het vechthuis utrecht because it is the moral of this story ... You will understand! Flashback: Back to the last article on my blog. It dates from June and my beautiful perf Spain during MARATON ALPINO MADRILENO. This race was to be a springboard to the TRAIL RESTONICA two weeks later. So returning to Spain with no sequelae of the race, I took the path of training to include the race in a block of work .... Error! The body! even if you feel nothing, a micro damage it is good to let it close! During the last training just before leaving Corsica, I felt a stab in the calf ... I do not hide my state of mind at that moment. It made it pretty het vechthuis utrecht near "P ***** M ******* TAINNNNNNNNNN DE DE!!!!!!!!! " I first thought it was a contracture that could go in the week week we were in Corsica also for holidays.
I had an ultrasound which showed a small detachment of the fascia, het vechthuis utrecht the skin that surrounds the muscle. Nothing serious. But three weeks of waiting. So I took the Corsica Flopett and then I went back to wait for aqua jogging. The famous "BACK" title ... You understand internship trail end of July! Resumption of training the end of July, I organized, as in May with Marianne Sagot, a training trail two days in the Pyrenees. But this time to GAVARNIE.
We announced that maybe I could not run with the students, but as it was three weeks, I tried running ... and finally, no more pain! So I could frame it and enjoy sharing time with fellow internship. Thank you, you were on top. We had fun and more! (FYI in 2014, training provided on Cauterets to June) Here is a picture slideshow of this beautiful weekend (By Arnaud BEGAY) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZndHYiNZpo&feature=share More information: vibrezmontagne.fr My preparation CCC: Rise of the Rhune + Big block = results working with friends! Following the internship, I hardened my weeks of training to ramp up gradually. We are here 4-5 weeks and my goal living-rooms/suites fall at the same time, perfect! Act 1: The race Rhune Before starting the endurance work, I wanted me "stretch" the legs on a short but very quick test: the rise of Rhune the Basque Country, 13.5km and 900m D +. This race Mountain is legendary and famous, many of the biggest names in French trail put their names in this race: Gil Beyssère Said Jandari Benjamin Belamy ... (For those who know) We are 680 initially under a blazing sun in Ascain. The crowd is largely present during our visit. It's really great. Atop the Rhune the atmosphere is crazy. The start is at high speed. I position myself in the top 10. Gradually we leave the road for a very rocky and technical way. I go up gradually in the third position. The legs look good. I'm comfortable. I double the second Molongué Pierre Nay, a good mile from the summit. The first Nicolas het vechthuis utrecht Tabarant (Esclops of Azun) is just ahead. I go back to him and beyond. We are neck and neck.
I turn first to the top followed by Nicolas, excellent runner, especially on short and very good descender (who wins the race 20 seconds ahead of me n 1h08'40 ") format. Going downhill after a small fall on my butt, I lifts his foot, so do not hurt me for my goal of the year fast approaching Video descent (By Stephane SALERNO). https://vimeo.com/72141346 het vechthuis utrecht I reach Ascain a bang and my second class, delighted with this little training well "swallowed". (and I suggest you usually race in the Basque Country, which moods are incomparable!)
Act 2: A big week of training het vechthuis utrecht with 26 hours of work with my great friend het vechthuis utrecht and equally talented fellow training, Nicolas Bouvier-Gas (! Large trail of now), we went on our holiday homework in mountain for him, prepares the GRP (Grand Raid des Pyrenees - 80km 5000m D +) and I, CCC, placed 6 days after. As we make long trips endurance, so do it together! :) We started to recognize portions of GRP in a good mood and want to b
